When will I receive my item?
After placing an order with our furniture company, delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the specific items ordered. Some custom or made-to-order pieces might take longer due to the time needed for production. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible and will keep you updated on the status of your order. Can I change or return my item?
We must be notified within 7 days of delivery of any damages etc. We will also need photos of the damaged item and its boxing. We do not accept change of mind returns.Please send all requests through to orders@matrixfurniture.com.au
